Pay What You Can

In preparation for Opera Lafayette’s presentation of the modern premiere of Mouret’s Fetes de Thalie at The Kennedy Center in May, we invite the next generation of opera lovers to learn more about the story. Join Teaching Artist and professional dancer Sarah Laughland for this fantastical Opera Starts with Oh! session celebrating the muse of comedy, Thalie. Together with our special guest artists, we will dance, sing, and craft with the gods as they battle for the spot of most popular muse!

BONUS! This session of Opera Starts with Oh! will be hosted at Tregaron Conservancy directly after their Annual Easter Egg Hunt. Take part in both events and double your fun! REGISTER FOR THE EGG HUNT SEPARATELY HERE.

Please contact Jace Chambers for any assistance regarding this program: jacechambers@operalafayette.org

*All in-person events require a parent/guardian to remain with their child(ren) and within the building during the entire workshop*
